Ingredients Directions
  1. Using a wire whisk, mix the egg substitute, milk, juice, and cinnamon in a shallow bowl. Dip the bread slices into the egg mixture, flipping to allow both sides to absorb the mixture.
  2. Preheat a large, nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat and coat it with the butter-flavored cooking spray.
  3. Place the bread slices on the skillet and cook for 1 1/2 minutes until the bottoms are browned. Spray the tops of the slice with a light coat of cooking spray, flip them, and cook for 1 minute until both sides are browned. Serve hot.
