4 each  boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp  canola oil
1 each  cooking spray
2 tsp  paprika
1 tsp  onion powder
1 tsp  garlic powder
0 1/2 tsp  oregano leaves
0 1/2 tsp  ground thyme
0 1/2 tsp  ground cayenne (red pepper)
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
0 1/4 tsp  salt
  1. Cajun Seasoning
  2. In small bowl combine onion powder, garlic powder and spices. Set aside.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high.
  4. Lightly coat both sides of chicken breast with cooking spray.
  5. Sprinkle seasoning mix over both sides of chicken.
  6. Brush grill grates with oil. Place chicken on grill and cook until juices run clear when poked with fork, about 6 - 8 minutes per side.
