10 oz  skinless cooked turkey breast
0 3/4 cup  Grapes, Thompson seedless, fresh
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped celery
0 1/4 cup  sliced almonds
0 1/4 cup  light mayonnaise
3 tbsp  Sour Cream, nonfat
1 pinch  white pepper
  1. Toss the turkey, grapes, celery, and nuts (if desired) in a large bowl.
  2. Stir the mayonnaise, sour cream, and white pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Toss the mayonnaise mixture with the turkey mixture, mixing well. If the mixture seems too dry, stir in a little more mayonnaise.
  4. Cover and chill for a minimum of 2 hours prior to serving.
