2 each  fresh green onions
4 tsp  hoisin sauce
1 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp  cooking sherry
1 tsp  fresh ginger root
24 oz  boneless pork chops
1 each  cooking spray
  1. In a large heavy-duty, zip-top plastic bag, combine onions, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, dry sherry and ginger. Add pork; seal bag, and turn bag to coat pork. Marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. Remove pork from marinade, and place in prepared baking dish. Pour marinade over pork.
  4. Bake for 35 minutes or until pork is done.
