1 1/2 lb  medium tomatoes
0 1/4 cup  fresh cilantro
1 tbsp  fresh lime juice
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  black pepper
  1. Chop tomatoes and cilantro.
  2. In medium bowl, combine tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  3. Spoon into serving bowl and serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours.
