0 1/2 cup  plain nonfat yogurt
0 1/2 cup  Sour Cream, fat free
1 each  fresh green onions
2 tbsp  chopped parsley
0 1/2 tsp  Seasoning, lemon pepper
0 1/2 tsp  honey
0 1/4 tsp  italian seasoning
  1. Using a hand beater, whip together the yogurt and sour cream in a small bowl.
  2. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
  3. To serve hot, warm over medium heat, stirring until heated throughout (do not boil). To serve cold, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
