Ingredients Directions - Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Sift flours, baking powder, and salt into a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together oil and powdered milk. Pour into flour mixture and stir with a fork, or fold with a rubber spatula, until just mixed and dough holds together.
- Drop dough by heaping tablespoons 1 inch apart onto a lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake until biscuits are golden brown on top, 10 to 12 minutes. Serve hot.
