Ingredients Directions - Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Spray a cookie sheet with nonfat cooking spray.
- Roll biscuit into a 3 1/2 inch to 4 inch length by 1 inch width.
- Lay one cheese strip down the center of biscuit. Wrap biscuit around cheese slice. Pinch dough at seam to seal seam closed. Press top of bread stick into Parmesan cheese.
- Place bread sticks on prepared cookie sheet, Parmesan cheese side up. If desired, sprinkle lightly with garlic salt.
- Bake for 7 minutes or until tops are light golden brown.
