1 cup  oat bran
0 1/2 cup  white all purpose flour
0 1/4 cup  sweetener (sugar substitute)
2 tsp  low sodium baking powder
0.125 tsp  salt
1 1/4 cup  fat free milk
0 1/4 cup  liquid egg substitute
  1. Heat nonstick griddle or frying pan over medium to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oat bran, flour, Splenda Granular, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
  3. Beat together milk and egg substitute with a wire whisk, then pour the egg mixture over dry ingredients.
  4. Stir together until ingredients are just blended and no large dry lumps appear.
  5. Using scant 1/4 cup, pour pancake batter onto hot griddle. Cook pancakes until puffed and dry around the edges.
  6. Flip and cook other side until golden brown.
