0 1/2 cup  cider vinegar
0 1/4 cup  cold water
2 tbsp  sugar
0 1/2 tsp  dried dill weed
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  white pepper
2 each  medium cucumber
  1. Combine all the ingredients except the cucumbers in a medium nonmetallic bowl.
  2. Stir in the cucumbers and cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Drain well before serving.
