6 each  fresh plum tomatoes
1 cup  Cucumber, hothouse, fresh
0 1/2 cup  medium green bell peppers
0 1/2 cup  chopped red bell peppers
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped red onion
2 each  medium garlic cloves
15 each  fresh basil leaves
0 1/4 cup  fresh lime juice
0 1/2 cup  Juice, orange, fresh
0 1/4 cup  red wine vinegar
5 tbsp  extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch  ground cayenne (red pepper)
1 pinch  salt
8 tbsp  bread crumbs, toasted
2 floz  vodka
  1. Using a food processor, place the tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, onion, garlic, and basil and pulse until finely chopped. Add the juices, vinegar, and oil. Pulse for 1 to 2 seconds to just blend.
  2. Transfer to a covered container and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight. Taste for seasoning and add salt and cayenne pepper as needed.
  3. To serve, place 1 tablespoon of the bread crumbs in each of 8 chilled serving bowls. Ladle in the gazpacho and float 1/4 fluid ounces of chilled vodka into each bowl. Serve immediately.
