Ingredients Directions
  1. Lightly coat a small nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat skillet over medium heat. Cook celery and sweet pepper in a hot skillet until tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in ham and pineapple. Cook and stir until heated through. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese.
  2. Spoon approximately 1/4 cup filling in the center of each warmed tortilla. Roll up tortillas.
