These heavenly cookies are made from Cool Whip, egg whites, and cake mix.

8 oz  whipped fat-free topping 2.0
2 each  egg whites 1.0
1 each  Cake, chocolate, dry mix, 18.50 ounce package 0.25
0 1/4 cup  powdered sugar 1.0
1 each  cooking spray

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a medium bowl, beat whipped topping until smooth; add egg whites. Mix dry cake mix into Cool Whip and egg white mixture. Stir until completely mixed.
3. Dip rounded tablespoonfuls of cookie dough into powdered sugar.
4. Place each cookie covered with powdered sugar onto cooking spray coated cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes until set but not brown.
5. Cool a few minutes on cookie sheet, then transfer to waxed paper.
