4 lb  boneless skinless chicken breasts
6 each  medium garlic cloves
1 1/2 tsp  ground thyme
0 1/4 cup  orange juice
1 tbsp  balsamic vinegar
  1. Place chicken in a 3 1/2 or 4 quart slow cooker. Sprinkle chicken with garlic and thyme. Add orange juice and vinegar.
  2. Cover and cook on low heat setting for 5 to 6 hours or on high heat setting for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
  3. Remove chicken to a serving platter, reserving cooking liquid. Cover chicken with foil to keep warm.
  4. To prepare sauce, skim fat from cooking liquid.
  5. Strain liquid into a small saucepan. Bring to boiling, reduce heat.
  6. Boil gently uncovered for 10 minutes or until reduced to 1 cup.
  7. Spoon some sauce over chicken, serve remaining sauce on the side.
