0 1/2 cup  reduced fat Italian dressing
0 1/2 tsp  dijon mustard
1 lb  Romaine lettuce
2 each  fresh tomatoes
10 oz  Pasta, shells, semolina, dry, package
2 serving  cooked tilapia
1 each  Onion, red, fresh, small, whole
1 each  medium bell peppers
1 cup  frozen green peas
4 each  radishes
0 1/4 cup  fresh basil
0 1/4 cup  chopped parsley
  1. Leaving out the salt and oil, prepare the pasta using the package directions.
  2. Drain the pasta and place in a large bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the mustard and salad dressing.
  4. Stir dressing slowly into the pasta mixture. Toss in remaining ingredients.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
  6. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
