Ingredients Directions
  1. Cook fettuccine according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Drain well, and keep warm.
  2. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray; add oil, and place skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  3. Add onion and garlic, and saute 3 minutes or until tender. Add tomato and next 4 ingredients; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in salmon; cook until salmon is thoroughly heated.
  4. Arrange fettuccine on a serving platter. Top with salmon mixture; sprinkle with cheese.
