4 each  boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 tbsp  fresh lime juice
1 pinch  black pepper
0 1/2 cup  fresh cilantro
0.3333 cup  fresh chopped green onion
0 1/4 each  whole jalapeno pepper
10 each  pine nuts
  1. Coat a broiling pan or baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Brush 2 tablespoons lime juice over chicken.
  3. Place coated chicken in prepared pan and generously sprinkle with pepper then set aside.
  4. In a small bowl combine remaining 2 tablespoons lime juice with cilantro, onions, jalapeño pepper and pine nuts if desired, stir to combine and set aside.
  5. Place chicken 1 to 2 inches from heat and broil for 8 to 10 minutes or until the center of chicken is no longer pink.
  6. Once chicken is cooked, serve with cilantro salsa and garnish with lime slices if desired.
