6 each  boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 each  cooking spray
1 1/2 tsp  fresh rosemary
2 each  medium garlic cloves
0 3/4 tsp  black pepper
0 1/2 tsp  salt
1 tbsp  olive oil
0 1/4 cup  balsamic vinegar
  1. Rinse chicken and pat dry.
  2. In small bowl, combine rosemary, garlic, pepper, and salt.
  3. Place chicken in large bowl and drizzle with oil.
  4. Rub chicken with spice mixture, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  6. Coat heavy roasting pan or iron skillet with cooking spray. Place chicken in prepared pan and bake 10 minutes.

  8. Bake chicken another 10 minutes, until outside is golden-brown and center is no longer pink.
  9. If pan is dry, stir in another 1 to 2 tablespoons water to loosen drippings.
  10. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over chicken in pan. Transfer chicken to plates. Stir liquid in pan and drizzle over chicken.
