Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Lightly coat a 9-inch pie plate with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Melt the margarine in a large nonstick skillet.
  4. Add broccoli, onions, and mushrooms; cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
  5. Mix the flour and baking powder together in a large bowl.
  6. Stir in the egg substitute and milk with a spoon until smooth.
  7. Add the broccoli mixture and cheese. Stir to mix evenly.
  8. Pour into the pie plate.
  9. Bake about 35 minutes. Top should be golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean.
