1 lb  extra lean ground beef (5% fat)
0 1/2 cup  fresh peppermint
0.3333 cup  fresh cilantro
0 1/2 each  red onion
1 tsp  hot red pepper flakes
3 tbsp  fresh lime juice
2 tbsp  fish sauce
1 each  Cabbage, common, fresh, head
1 each  medium limes
  1. Brown the meat in a large skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through. Drain.
  2. Add the mint, cilantro, onion, red pepper, lime juice, and fish sauce. Stir until heated.
  3. Spoon the mixture onto the centerline of the cabbage or lettuce leaves and roll up. If desired, serve with lime wedges.
