Ingredients Directions
  1. Place tuna in a food processor and pulse to chop finely.
  2. Add in the cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, horseradish, and pepper. Pulse until well blended.
  3. Remove from food processor and place the tuna mousse in a plastic food container. Cover and chill until ready to use.
  4. When ready, use a wooden spoon to soften the mousse.
  5. Place about 1 tablespoon onto the bottom of each radicchio leaf.
