1 tbsp  canola oil
1 each  small red bell peppers
1 each  small green bell peppers
2 each  scallions
1 cup  frozen sweet corn kernels
1 cup  frozen baby lima beans
0 1/4 cup  half & half
0 1/2 tsp  dried marjoram
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  black pepper
  1. In medium pan, heat oil over medium high.
  2. Cook bell pepper and onions 2 to 3 minutes, stirring gently, until crisp tender.
  3. Stir in corn, lima beans, half & half, marjoram, salt, and pepper. Reduce heat to medium low.
  4. Cover and cook an additional 5 to 6 minutes, stirring until vegetables are tender.
