16 each  tea bags
2 tbsp  agave nectar, all natural
12 cup  boiling water
1 oz  fresh mint
2 quart  apricot nectar juice drink, canned
2 tsp  vanilla extract
4 each  fresh apricots
2 oz  fresh mint
  1. In very large heatproof pitcher, combine tea bags, boiling water, and 1 cup mint leaves. Stir and let steep 5 minutes.
  2. Remove and discard tea bags and mint, stir in agave nectar, and cover tea. Let stand 1 hour.
  3. Add apricot juice and vanilla. Stir, cover, and chill 4 to 48 hours.
  4. To serve, fill tall glasses with ice cubes. Pour tea mixture over ice cubes.
  5. If desired, garnish with apricot wedges and/or mint sprigs.
