3 1/2 cup  fresh broccoli florets
1 each  medium red bell peppers
1 tbsp  unsalted butter
2 tbsp  fresh chopped onion
1 each  medium garlic cloves
1 1/2 tsp  cornstarch
0.6667 cup  orange juice
Directions
  1. Cook broccoli and sweet pepper in a medium saucepan, covered, in a small amount of boiling water for 8 minutes or until broccoli is crisp-tender, and then drain.
  2. Cover and keep warm.
  3. Melt butter over medium heat in a small saucepan, and then add onion and garlic.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes or until onion is tender.
  5. Stir in cornstarch, and then add orange juice.
  6. Cook and stir until mixture is thickened and bubbly.
  7. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more.
  8. To serve, pour sauce over broccoli mixture, and toss gently to coat.
