14 oz  Rice, arborio, dry
0 1/2 cup  Tomatoes, sun dried
3 tbsp  minced onion
1 tbsp  italian seasoning
1 tsp  minced garlic
  1. Combine uncooked rice, dried tomato, dried minced onion, Italian seasoning, and dried minced garlic in a medium bowl.
  2. Divide mixture among eight small self sealing plastic bags (about 1/3 cup mixture per bag), then seal and label.
  3. Store at room temperature for 3 months.
