in food processor or blender, place thawed tangerine juice concentrate, shallots, white wine, Dijon mustard, rosemary, parsley, thyme, soy sauce, and hot sauce. Process until smooth. Transfer to bowl and set aside.
Rinse chicken breast halves and pat dry with paper towels. Trim and discard all visible fat.
Preheat grill or broiler.
Season chicken with pepper. Place chicken on grill. Baste with tangerine marinade. Grill chicken until juices run clear, about 10 minutes per side. Turn occasionally and continue to brush with tangerine marinade.
