1 floz  Wheat, whole grain
8 floz  fat free cream cheese
1 tbsp  fat free sour cream
2 tbsp  minced onion
1 tsp  fennel seed
10 each  Cheese, Swiss, fat free, 1" cube
4 cup  Spinach, canned
2 each  fresh tomatoes
0.3333 cup  Asparagus, drained, 300 can
  1. Place lavosh between 2 damp clean kitchen towels; let stand until lavosh is softened enough to roll, about 20 minutes.
  2. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, onion, and fennel seeds in small bowl; spread on lavosh, and arrange Swiss cheese, spinach, tomatoes, and olives on top, and roll lavosh tightly; wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least for 4 hours, but no longer than 2 days. Trim ends and cut into 1-inch slices.
