8 cup  fresh baby spinach
2 each  medium pink grapefruit
1 each  fresh avocado
2 tbsp  raspberry vinegar
2 tbsp  extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp  cold water
1 tsp  sugar
0.125 tsp  salt
  1. Arrange spinach on eight individual salad plates.
  2. Slice grapefruit in half. With grapefruit knife, cut sections from fruit and divide between salad plates.
  3. Pit, peel, and dice avocado. Divide between salad plates.
  4. In small bowl, whisk vinegar, olive oil, water, sugar, and salt. Drizzle over salad.
