4 each  Tortilla, flour
1 each  medium limes
1 pinch  chili powder
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges.
  3. Pour the strained lime juice into a clean spray bottle for cooking. (Much like the kind used for olive oil spray).
  4. Lightly spray each tortilla triangle with the juice. Sprinkle lightly with chili powder or cayenne pepper.
  5. Place in a single layer, close together on a large baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until chips are crisp. Serve warm.
