6 piece  Bread, French, small slice
2 tsp  olive oil
2 each  medium garlic cloves
12 each  fresh cherry tomatoes
0 1/4 cup  fresh basil
2 oz  reduced fat feta crumbles
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Grill or toast bread on both sides until golden brown.
  2. Brush one side of each slice with some of the olive oil and rub with garlic.
  3. In a small bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, basil, and feta cheese. Spoon 1/6 of the mixture onto the top of each bread slice.
  4. Add a grinding of fresh pepper and serve.
