28 oz  canned artichokes hearts, drained
1 pinch  salt
1 tsp  minced garlic
0 1/2 tsp  ground cumin
2 tbsp  olive oil
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. In food processor, purée artichoke hearts, garlic, cumin, and 1-1/2 tablespoons olive until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Spoon into serving bowl and swirl remaining olive oil on top.
