2 lb  red skinned potatoes
3 each  medium garlic cloves
0.6667 cup  fat free milk
2 each  whole pickled jalapeno peppers
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. If potatoes are larger than 1-inch in diameter, cut them in half or quarters.
  2. Put potatoes into a large pot of boiling water along with the garlic. Cook until tender when pierced with a fork, about 10 minutes.
  3. Drain the potatoes and begin mashing potatoes and garlic with a potato masher or an electric mixer.
  4. Add hot milk and continue mashing until potatoes are desired consistency.
  5. Stir in chilis and season with salt (if desired) and pepper. Serve immediately.
