Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Scrub potatoes and use fork to prick in various locations on each potato.
  3. Place in a non-glass shallow baking pan and bake 55-65 minutes.
  4. Cut potatoes lengthwise in half and slightly mash the insides with a fork.
  5. Place the pineapple on the cut sides of the potato and add brown sugar and sunflower nuts.
  6. Broil close to the heat for 2-3 minutes or until brown sugar bubbles.
