16 oz  coleslaw salad mix
0 1/2 cup  fresh cilantro
22 oz  Corn, with red & green peppers, canned, w/liquid
0 1/4 cup  canola oil
3 tbsp  fresh lime juice
0 3/4 tsp  ground cumin
0 1/2 tsp  salt
  1. In a 4-quart bowl, mix coleslaw mix, cilantro, and corn. Shake oil, lime juice, cumin, and salt in an airtight container. Pour over coleslaw mixture and mix.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
