1 each  Cake, German chocolate, pudding type, dry mix, 18.25oz package
1 each  eggs
2 each  egg whites
1 3/4 cup  cold water
14 floz  fat free sweetened condensed milk
0.3333 cup  Coconut, dried, flaked, sweetened, canned
0.3333 cup  chopped pecans
0 1/4 cup  margarine
0.3333 cup  unsweetened cocoa powder
2 cup  confectioners sugar
1 tsp  vanilla extract
4 tbsp  fat free milk
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 15x 11x 1-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Use a large mixing bowl, and beat together the cake mix, egg, egg whites, and water until creamy. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, and bake for 15 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix the condensed milk, coconut, and pecans.
  4. Preheat the boiler.
  5. Pour the coconut mixture over the top of the cake, spreading it evenly. Broil for about 2 minutes, or until golden. Watch carefully, and remove from the oven, and let it cool.
  6. Use a mixing bowl, and beat together the margarine, cocoa, confectioners sugar, and vanilla.
  7. Add the milk 1 tablespoon at a time until the frosting reaches spreading consistency. Spread over the cake, and cool before serving.
