A light, orange mousse perfect when you're in the mood for something cold and sweet.

12 oz  Smucker's® Orange Marmalade with Splenda 8.0
8 oz  Smucker's® Sugar Free Apricot Preserves with Splenda 16.0
16 oz  low fat cottage cheese 6.0
6 oz  sugar free orange gelatin (dry serving) 16.0
16 oz  frozen low fat whipped topping

1. In a large bowl, combine the marmalade and preserves.
2. Mix in the cottage cheese.
3. Add the dry, orange flavored gelatin powder and stir until well blended.
4. Fold in the thawed whipped topping.
5. Refrigerate mixture for at least one hour.
