18 each  Crackers, graham, plain, large rectangle
2 each  Pudding, vanilla, dry mix, 3.12oz package
3 cup  fat free milk
4 oz  whipped fat-free topping
Chocolate Topping

0 1/4 cup  Cocoa Powder, unsweetened
0.6667 cup  sugar
0 1/4 cup  fat free milk
1 tbsp  vanilla extract
1 tbsp  margarine
  1. Layer the bottom of a 13x9x2-inch baking dish with one-third of the graham crackers.
  2. Use a mixing bowl, and beat the pudding mix with the milk until it thickens, and set aside for several minutes.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping.
  4. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Repeat the layers, ending with the graham crackers on top (three layers of graham crackers).
  6. Spread with the chocolate topping.
  7. Chocolate Topping
  8. Mix the cocoa, sugar, and milk in a saucepan, and bring to a boil for 1 minute
  9. Remove from heat, and add the vanilla and margarine.
  10. Cool slightly, and pour over the graham cracker top.
