Place the almonds in a single layer on a nonstick baking sheet.
Bake for 7 to 10 minutes, or until the insides are light brown (test by cutting one almond in half).
Move the nuts to a small bowl. Spritz 5 times with butter spray. Stir. Spritz another 5 times with the spray.
Add the cinnamon and sugar substitute. Stir. Spritz 5 times with the spray. Stir. Spritz 5 times with the spray. Stir until as evenly coated as possible (not all of the cinnamon will stick, and you should have spritzed the almonds a total of 20 times, stirring four times).
Let stand for about 5 minutes to cool and then serve immediately.
