Ingredients Directions
  1. Place water and cauliflower in microwaveable bowl, cover, and microwave on high for about 6 minutes. Stir once after 3 minutes. Drain.
  2. Heat oil in 7-inch skillet over medium heat and stir in basil and bread crumbs. While stirring frequently cook for 1 to 2 minutes until bread crumbs are toasted. Stir in parsley then pour ingredients over cauliflower.
