Ingredients Directions
  1. Slice seitan into 1/2 inch slices and place in a Dutch oven. Layer mushrooms and onions on top.
  2. In a bowl, combine dry Tofu Scrambler with water, basil, and sage. Pour over seitan and vegetables.
  3. Bring to a boil over medium high heat, then reduce heat to medium, cover pot and simmer 30 minutes, or until gravy has thickened and vegetables are soft.
