2 tbsp  olive oil
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 tsp  honey
2 tsp  low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp  dijon mustard

6 cup  romaine lettuce
3 each  medium pears
0.3333 cup  dry roasted unsalted peanuts
0 1/4 cup  golden raisins
0 1/4 cup  crumbled gorgonzola cheese
  1. In small bowl, whisk oil, lemon juice, honey, soy sauce and mustard.
  2. Divide salad greens onto 6 plates.
  3. Peel, core and thinly slice pears.
  4. Divide pears and peanuts into 6 portions. Arrange on top of greens. Add raisins and cheese to each salad. Sprinkle with salad dressing. Serve immediately.
