Ingredients Directions
  1. Over medium-high heat, heat a large non-stick skillet.
  2. Add the margarine and swirl to coat the bottom. Then cook the green beans for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Stir in the broth, oregano, and pepper, then cook for 20 to 30 seconds.
  4. Stir in the onions then cook, covered, over medium-low heat for 6 minutes, or until the beans are tender-crisp.
  5. Meanwhile, dry-roast the almonds over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, in a small non-stick pan.
  6. Sprinkle the cooked beans with the almonds and bread crumbs.
