1 tbsp  olive oil
1 each  large garlic cloves
2 each  fresh spinach, 10 oz. package
0 1/4 tsp  salt
  1. Using a 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat until hot.
  2. Add garlic and cook, stirring, until fragrant, 30 seconds. Stir in half the spinach with water clinging to leaves; cover and cook just until wilted, approximately 2 minutes.
  3. Add remaining spinach and cook, uncovered, until tender, 2 minutes longer. Stir in salt.
