1 lb  tuna fillets
1 each  fresh green onions
2 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp  fresh ginger root
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
0 1/4 cup  bread crumbs
2 tbsp  sesame seeds
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Preheat grill to medium.
  2. Finely chop tuna by hand with knife.
  3. In medium bowl, gently mix tuna, green onion, soy sauce, ginger, and pepper.
  4. Shape four, 3" round patties.
  5. On waxed paper, combine bread crumbs and sesame seeds. With hands, carefully press patties, one at a time, into bread-crumb mixture, turning to coat both sides.
  6. Spray both sides of patties with non-stick spray.
  7. Place tuna burgers on hot grill rack. Cover and cook patties, 5-6 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
