3 cup  romaine lettuce
0 1/4 cup  Vinegar, white wine, champagne, 50 grain
1 1/2 tsp  fresh lemon juice
1 tsp  light honey
0 1/2 tsp  dijon mustard
1 each  medium garlic cloves
1 1/2 tbsp  olive oil
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
0 1/4 cup  dried cherries
2 tbsp  crumbled blue cheese
2 tbsp  Nuts, walnuts, English, dried, chopped
  1. Cut each romaine lettuce head in half lengthwise and set each half on its own plate.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, lemon or orange juice, honey, mustard, and garlic. Add in the olive oil slowly, whisking constantly. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Sprinkle dried cherries, walnuts, and bleu cheese over each serving. Drizzle the vinaigrette evenly.
