1 each  medium cucumber
8 oz  Sour Cream, fat free
2 oz  smoked salmon
1 tbsp  fresh dill weed
1 tbsp  fresh chives
1 tsp  fresh lemon peel
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/4 tsp  paprika
  1. In a medium bowl, stir together all the ingredients except the paprika, and then blend well.
  2. Transfer to serving bowl, and smooth the top and sprinkle evenly with paprika.
