10 oz  frozen chopped spinach
0.6667 cup  sliced water chestnuts
3 each  fresh green onions
2 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/2 cup  sour cream
0 1/2 cup  plain yogurt, whole milk
0 1/2 tsp  Mustard, spicy brown
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Spread spinach on clean dish towel. Place second dish towel on top. Roll and wring to absorb excess water.
  2. In food processor fitted with chopping blade, finely chop water chestnuts, green onions, and garlic.
  3. Add spinach. Process for 10 seconds.
  4. Add sour cream, yogurt, mustard, salt, and pepper. Process for 30 seconds, or until smooth.
  5. Transfer to serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
