0 3/4 cup  All-Bran cereal
1.3333 cup  fat free milk
1 1/2 cup  self-rising flour
1 tsp  low sodium baking powder
0 3/4 cup  seedless raisins
2.6667 cup  dried apricot halves
0 1/4 cup  pitted dried prunes
0.3333 cup  packed dark brown sugar
4 tbsp  honey
  1. Begin by soaking the bran cereal in a bowl with the milk for 30 minutes. While it is soaking, preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Next, sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl and then stir in the bran cereal mixture. Stir in the dried fruit, honey, and sugar; mix well.
  3. To bake, spoon the mixture into a non-stick 2lb. loaf pan and bake for 1-1.25 hours, or until the loaf is baked through and golden brown on the top. Allow the loaf to cool before serving.
