Ingredients Directions - Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
- In 15x10x1" pan, add butter. Place pan in oven to melt. Remove from oven, sprinkle 3 tablespoons wheat germ evenly over butter. Set aside.
- In small bowl, beat honey, egg, and orange juice until foamy.
- Soak each side of bread in mixture 2 minutes, then move to pan. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons wheat germ over bread.
- Bake 10 minutes, or until bottom reaches a golden brown color. Turn and bake opposite side 6-8 minutes.
