1 tbsp  vegetable oil
1 1/2 lb  small potatoes
2 each  medium shallots
1 tsp  paprika
0 1/2 tsp  dried rosemary
0 1/2 tsp  dry mustard
0 1/4 tsp  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Heat a large, heavy nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, and pour in the oil.
  2. Cook the potatoes on one side for 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Turn the potatoes, add the shallots, and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Stir in the remaining ingredients and cook for 1 to 2 minutes to blend the flavors.
